Englische Berlin School/Ambient-Formation, bestehend aus Colin Anderson (synth, g) und Grant Middleton (synth). Die beiden ersten Alben "The Earth" und "The Heavens" (beide Cochlear Vision, 1997) kamen in Form von CD-R heraus.
"The Demon Haunted World" (Neu Harmony, 1998) war eine CD. Zum 6-CD-R-Set "Concerts At Jodrell Bank 11/3/2000, 16/4/2000 And 13/5/2000" (Synth Music Direct, 2000) steuerte Under The Dome zusammen mit Paul Nagle, Radio Massacre International, Arcane, AirSculpture und Kubusschnitt je eine CD-R bei.
"Bellerophon" (Neu Harmony, 2002) war das nächste eigene Album, gefolgt von "Over The Pond" (Cochlear Vision, 2003), "Wot No Colin?" (Neu Harmony, 2003), "Dome Roots Collection" (Cochlear Vision, 2003), "Colin Woz 'Ere (Most Of The Time)" (Synth Music Direct, 2005) und "Live @ HJ7" (Synth Music Direct, 2008).
Bis "Almagest" (Neu Harmony, 2020), dem nächsten Album mit neuem Material, dauerte es 12 Jahre. "Thunder Over City Hall" (Heimat Der Katastrophe, 2021) hiess im Jahr darauf eine italienische Compilation mit einem bisher unveröffentlichten Stück.
Grant Middleton trat als Meme Traders und Technophiliak in Erscheinung und bildete mit Adrian Beasley, John Christian, Paul Nagle und Peter Ruczynski von AirSculpture die Gruppe Cosmic Smokers. 05/26
